Unroll.me is a great free online tool that detects all of the subscriptions associated with your email account.

Once you log in with your email account it scans the account and give you an update:

You can then use the options on the right hand side to quickly unsubscribe from accounts you can’t even remember signing up to.

Note/tip: After unsubscribing from around 5 entries the system will prompt you to share the tool on your social channels.

IF for some reason you don’t use social media, you can click on the ‘?’ icon which will open up more info on why unroll.me wants you to share their tool, followed by a link that says ‘don’t ask me to share again’ – you can click on this to continue using the tool without sharing.

Once you’re done it’ll give you a summary confirmation:
